Editorial Photography
Zeus - A Second Chance

Project Overview
Commissioned by Opal HealthCare, this editorial photography project captured the story of Zeus, a rescue dog adopted by residents of an aged care community. Working from a creative brief, I focused on authentic interactions, natural light, and candid moments to create warm, publication-ready images that reflected companionship, wellbeing, and the bond between Zeus and the residents.
My Approach
Captured genuine interactions between Anne and Zeus to create authentic, candid moments.
Used natural light to achieve a soft, warm, and editorial look.
Combined environmental portraits with intimate close-up details to tell the story.
Applied selective focus and shallow depth of field to emphasize emotion and strengthen the visual narrative.
